The Board of Directors of our HOA may be contacted to discuss particular relevant issues, including meeting records, financial records, inquiries and complaints. (Please note: attempts to resolve circumstances between neighbors should be attempted first before being brought to attention of the Board of Directors.)

Concerns about the neighborhood or potential covenants violations?
Please note that neighbors should try to solve personal complaints between themselves, though. Also, please remember that SMHOA is *not* the neighborhood police - if you have a legal complaint that needs immediate response, please contact the proper authorities.
Architectural Review Board
The Architectural Review Board (ARB) may be contacted for review of plans regarding fences and other property additions and improvements.
The ARB consists of the first and second vice-presidents of the Board of Directors, as well as its secretary.
NOTE: Please review all requirements and restrictions regarding such projects from this HOA's Covenants, and which are available for review or download from this site's "Covenants" page. Approval by the ARB is required prior to the onset of such projects.
